Booking and Age Restrictions:

Please note that our apartments are for couples, small groups, families and business travelers only.

We do not accept any bookings where the lead guest is under the age of 28 years old.

The lead guest must be present on arrival. Photographic ID maybe required and entry to the apartment will be refused if you fail to provide this.

We do not accept bookings of single sex or mixed groups.

A Good Night’s Sleep:

For the enjoyment of all guests and residents staying in the park, please keep any noise to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am.
We operate a zero tolerance rule on this and you will be charged £100 for failure to comply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Payment/Prepayment terms:

The full amount of your booking will be due (or taken from the card that you booked with) 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. please note: American Express is not accepted.

Check In and Check out times:
Check-in time is between 15:30 hours and 20:00 hours on your day of arrival.

Please call us 24 hours before you arrive to give us your approximate time of arrival.

Check-out time on your day of departure is 10:30am

Parking:
Parking needs to be paid via the parking machines and is the responsibility of the guest to arrange.

Cancellation Policy:
If your booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund for that booking.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Damage Deposit:
The card payment details provided will also act as your pre-authorised damage deposit cover to process any claims should there be any damages that need to be paid for. This is very rare and we would itemise any damage claim before we processed them with your card.

Pets:
One well behaved dog is permitted at an extra charge and with prior agreement.
Any extra cleaning or damages that maybe caused by the dog will be charged to the guest.

We have a no smoking policy throughout all the chalets.
Please ask a member of staff for the location of the permitted areas for smoking if required.
